Physician - Family Medicine - Winchester Overview Recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine physician in Winchester, Indiana.

Base salary during years 1-2 with upside potential -Productivity model based on wRVU's - Year 3 and beyond $60,000 signing bonus $100,000 student loan repayment Stipend Bonus Available Full benefits Facility:
217-bed regional referral center located in east central Indiana.
The primary care patient base covers 150,000 and the secondary market for specialty services reaches 250,000! In 2008 they opened their new Hospital, Outpatient Care Center and Medical Office Building after outgrowing the 100 year old campus! The quality and technology is top notch! The Heart & Vascular Center's heart surgery program received the highest rating from Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS), putting the program in the top 13% nationally.
The well-rounded medical staff of 200
physicians is large enough to offer many specialties and sub-specialties such as CT Surgery, full range of cardiology services, infectious disease, endocrinology and neurology, but also small enough that you know all the physicians on a professional and personal level.
